Hand wash ONLY - Never Submerge in Water
To avoid bacteria, it's important that you wash your board immediately after use. wide the cutting board with hot, soapy water, rinse it with hot water only and wipe dry with a clean towel.
DO NOT Place in Dishwater or Microwave

DO NOT place a hot skilled or pan from the stove onto the board.
It is safe to place hot items such as, bowls and cups up to 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
Disinfect & Deodorize Using Vinegar
White vinegar is an excellent disinfectant. Spray vinegar on your board, let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe with a warm damp cloth.
Remove Stains & Deodorize with Baking Soda
Create a paste of baking soda, salt and water. Scrub the entire surface, wipe off with a warm wet cloth then dry it off.
Clean with Coarse Salt & Lemon
Lemon and salt make an excellent, all-natural cleaning method for your board. Dampen the board and pour salt all over it. Slice a lemon in half and scrub the board, while squeezing the juice out. Let stand for a few minutes, then rinse and dry it off.
Over time, scratches will appear. Lightly sand the area and wipe clean, then apply a food grade butcher block oil/conditioner.
Condition once a month with food grade butcher block oil/conditioner
